These 3 x stunning private luxury villa's are situated in an unrivalled position right on the beachfront at Sanur. With direct access to the path that runs the length of Sanur beach and is open to pedestrians and cyclists only, no cars and motorbikes are authorised here to disturb your relaxation.
Those visitors familiar with the beach resort of Sanur will know that one of the many attractions of staying here is the sandy beach on which this ‘village’ sits with its calm waters sheltered by coral reef, a perfect setting for snorkeling, enjoying the sun or a few cocktails with your feet in the sand or at the villa by your private pool and you can still see the ocean.

The Master Bedrooms offer King-sized beds, accompanied with luxury ensuite bathrooms with hand basins, toilets, and bathtubs with access to outdoor showers and the private pool. The master bedrooms are sleek, comfy, and exclusive with elegant teak furniture. Also, the IDD telephone is available in the room
Guest Rooms
The Guest Rooms offer Twin-Hollywood bed, ceiling fans to provide a refreshing sea breeze throughout the room. There are also wardrobes, safety box, slippers for guests, and the ensuite bathrooms have indoor showers, hand basins and toilets all set in a contemporary modern layout. Outdoor showers and a verandah are also provided. The IDD telephone is also available in the room.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES The villa operates on a "Menu Bill System" which is an itemised invoice supplied to the guest at the end of your stay* which includes the total cost of all food & beverages ordered. Kejora Estate offers guests an in-house menu to assist you with recommended meal choices". Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or a special dietary requirement, please feel free to ask the chef, who will strive to comply with all of your wishes. If you have a large group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day’s notice, and feel free to discuss any requirements with the chef or villa manager. *Please ask your manager if you wish to check your invoices daily. |

The stunning Kejora Estate is perfectly positioned in the heart of Sanur's international "hub". Not only are all of Sanur's fantastic eateries, fashion boutiques and markets right on your doorstep, but this modern, luxury villa accommodation sits opposite Sanur Beach, with the famous Sanur Esplanade a step outside the private, secure front boundary wall.
This location is simply - THE BEST in Sanur!
A much more relaxed and quieter pace compared to the hustle bustle of Kuta and Seminyak, it is only 20kms from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, 25 kms to Seminyak and Kuta to the south, and heading towards the central region approximately 35 kms north is Bali's famous artistic region Ubud.
Sanur (which is on the east coast of Bali) is the ideal central location for you to visit all of these (and more) amazing regions this "Island of the Gods" has to offer. The roads on Bali can be very busy, especially during peak times, so you don't want to waste precious time caught up in traffic!

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Due to high demand our villas are often booked months in advance, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible to secure the dates you require.
Tentative Confirmation
On receipt of the Villa Enquiry form, we will contact you by email within 24 hours. Upon confirmation of availability by the villa management, we will provide you with the villa rate/s and the amount of deposit required (50% of total rental cost). If the villa is available, we can place a 3 day tentative hold (per your request) on the villa to allow you time to decide and/or discuss with your travel companions. The 3 day hold will ensure no other guest can reserve or book the villa during this time. There is no obligation to proceed, if you decide not to place a booking the hold is immediately removed.
Reservation Confirmation
50% Deposit: To confirm your reservation you will need to make payment within 5 working days* from date of invoice. Your preferred payment method will be requested at time of invoicing.
Final payment: The outstanding 50% balance due will need to be made 30 days* prior to your scheduled arrival date. Your final invoice will be automatically issued to you for payment prior to the due date.
Important Note: *Payment dates are subject to change, depending on the season and villa managements terms and conditions. You will be fully notified of any applicable changes PRIOR to receipt of payment.
